I did try The Emotions Program for one month, and I will share with you my brutally honest review about it, and I think some parts might surprise you.

The Emotions Program comes in two formats, Physical Journal or Digital Masterclass.
The Digital Masterclass includes 15-minute follow-along videos for each of the 64 days, I did the math and that’s over 16 hours of guidance from a licensed clinical therapist over 2 months. 🤯
How does it work?
The Emotions Program uses a combination of psychoeducational strategies to enrich your relationships, control your emotions and boost your self-awareness.
The journal references the work of over 40 experts in the field of Psychology and behavioral therapy.
Let me tell you - you can literally feel the effort and care that went into making this program, they did not cut corners. Almost immediately I noticed a big difference over other guided programs.
It’s entirely up to you how often you decide to journal for, but to see the biggest difference you’ll want to build a consistent habit. I commited to journaling for 10 minutes per day.

I confess - I didn’t stop using The Emotions Masterclass after my 3 week experiment - but who would!
It’s true that getting into a new habit or routine of journaling is hard at first. Big changes in the way your mind works can’t happen overnight. If anyone says The Emotions Program is a waste of money, I’d say they just weren’t willing to do the hard self-reflection needed to see a change.
My struggles with my emotional dysregulation diminished to practically nothing, and my future feels so much brighter and full of opportunity. Even my friends have noticed my a difference and I told them I was using the Masterclass (of course they’re all using it now, too).
On top of all that, The Emotions Masterclass is super affordable, especially compared to expensive workshops, and one on one sessions.
