I did try the program for one month, and I will share with you my brutally honest review about it, and I think some parts might surprise you.

The Digital Masterclass includes 15-minute follow-along videos for each of the 91 days, I did the math and that’s over 22 hours of guidance from a licensed clinical therapist over 3 months. 🤯
How does it work?
The Self-Love Program uses a combination of strategies found in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to promote positive self-talk and put an end to self-doubt.
The program references the work of over 40 experts in the field of Psychology and behavioral therapy.
And a study of the journal conducted at The University Of British Columbia found that after only 21 days, users experienced:

Let me tell you - you can literally feel the effort and care that went into making this program, they did not cut corners. Almost immediately I noticed a big difference over other guided programs.

I confess - I didn’t stop using The Self-Love Masterclass after my 3 week experiment - but who would!
