SWITCH RESEARCH SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping (United States):
• FREE standard shipping on orders over $50
• Orders placed before 3PM PST ship the same business day
• Standard delivery: 3-5 business days

Order Tracking:
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us at support@switchresearch.org.

International Shipping:
We currently ship physical journals within the United States only.

Good news for international customers: Our digital journals are available worldwide with instant download access.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, please contact us at support@switchresearch.org or visit our Help Center at help.switchresearch.org. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.
