Digital Products

How do I access my video courses?
You will receive a welcome email immediately after you purchase a video series. Inside the email you will find a link to create a password for your account.

All your video courses can be accessed with your login information at: https://switchresearch.thinkific.com/users/sign_in

I can not download the digital journal

Please contact us immediately at support@switchresearch.org and we will resolve your issue within 1 business day.

 

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

When will my order be processed?
We processes orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day.   

Please contact us if you do not receive tracking confirmation after 5 business days from the day you completed your payment.

When will my order be delivered?
For United States orders shipping will take 5-7 business days for the product to arrive. Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking information on the next day as tracking information generally becomes available 24 hours after we have shipped the order. 

For International order shipping will take 7-14 business days for the product to arrive. Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking information on the next day as tracking information generally becomes available 24 hours after we have shipped the order. 

***please ensure you double check your email address on your order. This is how we send you the order confirmation, tracking numbers, etc. 

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, shipping rates apply. 

What if I need to change my address on my order?
Not to worry, send us an email as soon as you discover the issue. Please include your full name, order number and the correct shipping address/contact information. We will update your information and provide you with confirmation.

***please send us this information as quick as possible so we do not send your order out. 

What if the items I receive are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us upon receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

What is your exchange/return policy?
All answers concerning exchanges, returns and refunds can be found here on our Return and Exchanges page.

Will I be charged customs/duty fees?
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.  

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.   

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

What payment methods do you accept? 
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

What currency are your prices in?
All of our prices are in USD. 

You can change the currency in the top left hand corner of the website. 

Are there exchange rates?
All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

I need to cancel my order - what do I do?
If your order has not yet shipped, please send us an email with your full name & order number. We need this information to cancel your order from our end. If the order has already shipped, you will need to send the order back to us upon its delivery for a return. 

In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, please send us an email immediately and we'll do our best to resolve your issue and ensure that you enjoy your experience with us.

How long does a refund take?
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

I never received an order confirmation but I did get charged.
Please send us an email right away so we can get this issue solved (please include full name and email address you ordered with). 

USING DISCOUNT CODES

How do I apply my discount code?
Add all desired items to your cart, click the "check out" button on the bottom right of the cart to proceed to the check out page. In the discount field, enter your code and click apply. Your code will automatically be applied (only one code per person).

If you are receiving an error message it is because your order does not qualify for the coupon code you are trying to use. Please contact us if you need additional assistance.

I completed my order with my discount code...what now?
If you have just completed your order, send us an email with your full name, order number, and which discount code you wanted to use for the order.

Can I use more than one code?
No. You can only use one discount code per order.

To serve our customer in the best way possible we conduct all our communication online via email and live chats. We have found that this is a better way to serve you.
