The science and strategies in the Self-Love Journal were written in collaboration with a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the University of British Columbia whose research specializes in examining a one-sided thinking style called cognitive errors.

Cognitive errors represent a biased and negative lens through which individuals view certain situations. The research seeks to develop a counselling technique, called reframing, to help individuals to modify their biased thoughts. This reframing technique is interwoven throughout the entire Self-Love Journal.

An excellent guided journal with a purpose!

Just started the Self-Love Journal and am liking it more than other guided journals I've used. It's designed to help you progress, to unpack feelings and associations that are doing you no good and that you want to change. It has a good amount of space for you to write, and useful tips on things like meditation.
Also excellent customer service from the folks at Switch when I needed it -- so nice to find nowadays!
