Workshop will be held digitally over Zoom, this is NOT an in-person event.

Agenda Day 1

1. Check in and welcome everyone. Have everyone share the emotions they are feeling lately.
2. Emotional Regulation Assessment ERQ
3. Let’s talk about emotions. What are they, how do they happen, and why we have them.
4. Emotional regulation discussion. What is emotional regulation and why do we need it?
5. Feeling our feelings, and not pushing them away.
6. Inner Child exercise.
7. Difference between emotions and behavioural actions.
8. Day 4: Anger Iceberg
9. Day 12- Behavioural Activation. Deep dive into how to use this tool for all areas of life.
10. Live Therapy.
11. Grounding in the Present Moment Technique

How long is the workshop?

The workshop will last a total of 4 hours spread over 2 days.

Do I have to actively participate?

Absolutely not, you can sign in anonymously as an observer of the entire workshop without having to participate in any of it.

Will the workshop be recorded?
